Beta Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the invitation-only Watchtower GG beta. By signing in, redeeming an invitation, downloading, or using the software, you agree to these terms.
Private beta access
Invitations are personal, limited, revocable, and may not be sold or publicly distributed. One-time referral codes may only be redeemed once. Access may be suspended to protect the beta, its users, or its infrastructure.
Permitted use
You may install and evaluate Watchtower GG on authorized devices for lawful testing. You are responsible for complying with the rules and terms of any third-party platform used with Watchtower.
Restrictions
You may not bypass access controls, share protected download links, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where applicable law expressly permits, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the service to harm others.
Beta software
The beta may contain defects, change without notice, or be unavailable. Keep independent backups of important settings and records. Features, eligibility, and device limits may change before general release.
Updates
Watchtower may check for and install authenticated software updates. Security-critical updates may eventually be required to continue using the service.
No payment during this beta
The current private beta does not require payment. Subscription and billing functionality may be introduced later under updated terms shown before purchase.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties. Watchtower GG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from beta use.
Termination
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or discontinuation of the beta.
