Beta Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Watchtower GG beta, website, software, and related services. By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Watchtower GG, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be sold, transferred, or shared without written authorization.

Responsible use

You may use Watchtower GG only on devices and accounts you are authorized to control and only for lawful and ethical purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the rules and terms of any service, platform, account, or device used with Watchtower GG.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute, or sublicense protected software or materials; share credentials or protected downloads; bypass authentication, licensing, payment, device, or security controls; probe or compromise the service; introduce malicious code; use the product to harm others; or reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly prohibits that restriction.

Beta software

Watchtower GG is beta software and may contain errors, change without notice, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features, eligibility, compatibility, and limits may change. You should review settings carefully and maintain appropriate backups.

Assumption of risk

Automation and device-control software may produce unexpected results. You use Watchtower GG at your discretion and risk. Watchtower GG does not guarantee that a third-party service will permit its use. You are responsible for evaluating compatibility and the consequences of using the product with your accounts, devices, software, and services.

Updates

Watchtower GG may check for authenticated updates. Certain security, compatibility, or reliability updates may be required for continued use.

Suspension and termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account, device authorization, subscription, or access at any time, with or without prior notice. Reasons may include misuse, misconduct, fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized distribution, attempts to exploit or compromise the product, circumvention of access or security controls, violation of these terms, or conduct that creates risk or harm for Watchtower GG, its users, community, infrastructure, reputation, or third-party services. Access may be disabled immediately when continued access presents a security, legal, operational, or community risk.

Payments and refunds

If paid services are introduced, payment and refund eligibility will be governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Termination for fraud, abuse, misconduct, unauthorized distribution, security violations, or material breach may result in loss of access without a refund except where a refund is required by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Watchtower GG is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device or service. Watchtower GG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta where such limitations are permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the beta develops. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
