Privacy Policy

Watchtower GG is a beta product designed with privacy as a core principle. We process only the limited information reasonably necessary to authenticate users, provide authorized access, deliver requested features and software updates, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Information we process

This may include account contact information, authentication identifiers, access and entitlement status, device registration identifiers, user-submitted support information, and limited security or technical records needed to operate and protect the service. We do not receive or store passwords used with an external sign-in provider.

Local application data

Operational settings, device profiles, automation configuration, locally generated records, and application learning or optimization data remain on the user's computer whenever practical. Watchtower GG does not sell this information, use it to build advertising profiles, or data-mine application behavior for unrelated commercial purposes.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, maintain authorized access, provide protected software and updates, deliver features requested by the user, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security incidents, provide support, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

Some essential or optional functionality may rely on third-party authentication, communications, payment, hosting, security, or infrastructure providers. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

Account and security information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local application data can generally be removed by uninstalling Watchtower GG and deleting its local data. Requests to access, correct, or delete server-side account information may be submitted through the Support page. Certain records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention and security.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No software, storage system, or data transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Age requirement

Watchtower GG is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

Changes

We may update this policy as Watchtower GG develops. Material revisions will be identified by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
